Matucana 100 is a community-level space for arts, communication, design, music, performance, learning and cultural exchange. Since 2001, it has been providing the community with a public spaceThere are always several expositions and events coing on simultaneously in this space, which is constantly changing. Audiovisual displays share space with gardening classes, physics explanations, children's theater and film series in a dynamic space. There's always something going on, and as it's right near metro Quinta Normal, the park of the same name (Quinta Normal), with several museums, including the cool old outdoor train museum called the museo ferroviario right near by.
