Description:
The Oberer Letten swimming area is one of the hippest places to swim in Zurich, so it is not surprising that Primitivo, its cafe, is equally cool. You can watch the Limmat flow by and check out trendy, multicultural Zurich at its best. In addition to salads, croissants and cakes, Primitivo grills up burgers and tuna steak sandwiches, as well as a "veggie" burger made of sautéed vegetables and melted goat cheese. Side dishes included French fries and fried plantains. There is a deposit charge on bottles and cups that is returned to you when you bring them back to the bar. Food can be eaten at the cafe or taken to the grassy swimming area.
