The Picante sets sail from Zihuatanejo Bay on both day and sunset cruises. The 4 hour "Sail and Snorkel" tour takes passengers to Manzanillo Bay for swimming and snorkel fun around the natural coral reef. After several hours in the water, the leisurely trip back is an afternoon dance party. In winter months, sometimes the party is joined by passing whales and their calves as well as dolphins and sea turtles. If the wind is right, there are rides on the 2400 sq ft spinnaker once the boat is docked inside the bay again. Lunch and an open bar are included in the cost while snorkel gear is rented at an additional cost.At sunset, the Picante casts off again for a romantic tour of Zihuatanejo Bay. Watch the sunset from the open waters of the Pacific Ocean before sailing along the Ixtapa coast. The twinkling hotel lights dance on the water for a romantic candlelight effect. Hors d'oeuvres and and open bar are included in the cruise rate as well as transport to and from your hotel.
The crew on the Picante is well known for its personality and commitment to making the tour a unique experience for the passengers. Many times, kids are offered a turn at the steering wheel while the adults are encouraged to let their hair down (with or without the assistance of the open bar, of course).
