For lunch and dinner, Salvador fires up the grill to cook fish, steaks and hamburgers along with other local favorites. Seafood enthusiasts should note there are both fresh shrimp tacos and camaronillas -- shrimp mixed with tomatoes, cheese and spices, then wrapped in tortillas and deep fried.
