Description:

Color is the word of the day, every day, at Club Intrawest.  Its bright multi-colored buildings are a standout on Playa la Ropa among the other whitewashed and earth-toned hotels.  The kaleidoscope continues in the large open air suites with richly colored Mexican textiles and artwork playing off the custom woodwork furniture.  The rooms are an interesting mix of modern with nods to the local culture and traditions.  With flat screen televisions, kitchenettes and A/C, there is plenty of home comfort and convenience.  The large terraces with bay views, spa-style bathrooms and luxury linens, on the other hand, are all sweet reminders that you are truly on a vacation.

Guests can enjoy lounge chairs and palapas down on Playa la Ropa in a private staffed Club Intrawest area or they can also stay up at the Club Intrawest pool area with snacks and drinks available until 6pm.  Restaurant Zi is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a menu of international fusion, live music in the evenings and another stunning view of the bay.  Several rate packages include some or all of the meals.

There is an onsite exercise room, massage services and laundry.  Wifi internet access is available for a fee.

Club Intrawest is a Canadian-based private resort club that also offers non-member hotel rentals.  Members do get access to extra privileges and priority service but all guests can use the various accommodations and activities at the resort.
