Apres is one of Whistler's finest restaurants that keeps bringing locals and tourists back with it's delectable cuisine and intimiate environment. Apres takes pride in using seasonal ingredients, which lends itself nicely to an ever-changing menu. The wine list is quite extensive and is made up of a diverse mix of old world and new world grapes. Apres wants their diners to really experience the true taste of the food and the wine, and they offer over twenty wines by the glass so that you can pair your wine with your food appropriately. The menu is French Bistro inspired, but when you live in BC and have some of the world's freshest fish, finest cheeses and lovely produce - there's bound to be a bit of a West Coast touch.
