Description:

This Aquarium, the largest in Latin America, has 25 fishtanks with a wide diversity of species. It is divided in galleries: the salt water gallery, the fresh water one, the coral reefs and the ocean one. Many turtles, crocodiles, pirañas and birds complete the visit.
Opened in 1992, this Aquarium is not only a place for entertainment, but also of learning. Along the way you'll learn about the many species endangered and how to raise awareness on the conservation of the environment.
