Veracruz is a place of relax. Sand, sun, sea... ah the beach! Is the best place to be. But Veracruz is not only beach, this city has so many more things to do and enjoy. This is the Top Ten List of Things to Do in Veracruz.
Number one, of course, had to be the San Juan de Ulua Fort, one of the coolest places you'll veer see. A fort built in the middle of the sea to defend the city from pirates. Visiting it, you feel in another time, you can almost imagine a mini Colonial city in it.
Number two, is the Veracruz Aquarium, the largest in Latin America. A fun place to enjoy and learn, to witness the amazing undersea world, many fishes, sharks, turtles, crocodiles and so much more.
The Malecon is the way to enjoy Veracruz, just walking along the beach, enjoying the many different views of the city. And it's amazing that with every step, the ocean has a different color, and a different shade.
The lighthouses are a cool way of learning about Mexico while enjoying some beautiful architecture.
The Portales are the place to go to to drink coffee, listen to the marimba and chat.
So as you can see, there are so many things to do in this beautiful city, so a good time is guaranteed.
