Vancouver is one of those city's that fits the bill for just about every occasion; it's great for outdoor adventures, shopping, sailing, going on a culinary adventure and having a romantic vacation. While in the city, there are plenty of beaches and fantastic restaurants to sit and enjoy long evening sunsets with your significant other. Or, walk hand-in-hand along the Seawall, as you enjoy each others company. If indulgent massages are more your thing, there's certainly not a shortage of luxurious spas in the city. While you're here, why not take a sunset cruise on the water and enjoy the city and mountain views? Vancouver may not be called "The City of Love", but it's definitely worthy of such a title.
Stanley Park is one of the most romantic spots in the city and it helps that there's so much to do, all in one location. The Stanley Park Horse Drawn Tours are an enchanting way to start off your day. Ride through the park and enjoy the lush green and beautiful sights, as you listen to the "clop-clop" of the horses. The Seawall is such a lovely way to spend a day because you can bike around the entire city and stop for a picnic along any of the beaches or parks you pass by. Plus, it's free.
If you're into a little R&R, a couple's massage at Absolute Spa is relaxing and romantic. Sunsets are high on the list of romance and you can enjoy the sun setting over the Pacific ocean and large mountains from Grouse Mountain, Lighthouse Park, or Jericho Beach.
If you and your mate enjoy getting active, rent a kayak and get out on the open waters and enjoy the silence of just you two.
