When you're craving a night out on the town, there are plenty of options when it comes to the bright lights of Vancouver. From dancing, to grooving, and listening and painting - the city is your oyster!
Locals love live music and Vancouver is lucky enough to have many fantastic venues that attract rising stars, bands breaking records and everything in between. The Biltmore Cabaret is a lovely venue that's intimate, but lively at the same time. Many bands that have played here have gone onto super-stardom. It's not uncommon to see a line-up stretching out from the Commodore and that's not surprising because there are always a-list bands taking the stage there.
Should you feel like working up a sweat and hitting the dance floor, Honey is an ideal place to go and get funky. Join them for Decadance Saturdays, it is the weekend after all. Celebrities is also another fun place where all walks of life celebrate dancing and the music is some of the best in the city. Over in Yaletown is another nightlife staple, Bar None, and there's never a dull night there. You won't find a very young crowd here, like much of the Granville Strip, so if you're looking for a twenty/thirty something crow, you will find them there.
