Description:
The Truckee Book & Bean, a local favorite, is located in a historic building called the "The Nevada Saloon" built in 1899. It's located right by the Truckee River and the railroad line. This store is filled with 15,000 used books from the old bookstore as well as DVDs and CDs. The Book & Bean serves organic coffee fresh from the local Alpen Sierra Coffee Company. They us organic milk and soy milk in all drinks and the menu includes breakfast and lunch items.
