Rol San is much more about the food than the environment. The tablecloths are white plastic, the décor isn't anything to write home about, and the service is brusque. That said, this restaurant is known for its dim sum – which is ordered from a checklist of more than 50 items rather than selected from a cart – and also serves a wide variety of other dishes. The food is very reasonably priced, and the restaurant is open late.
