Description:
The Opera House does not, in fact, play any opera. Built about 100 years ago as a vaudeville theatre, it spent the mid-1900s as a movie cinema before being restored as a theatre, and now hosts live music, variety shows, DJs and comedians. The Opera House has been the venue for such big-name stars as Eminem and Rage Against the Machine, and with a capacity of 850 regularly plays host to popular upcoming bands. There is a pat-down at the door, a decent selection of moderately-priced beer, and great views of the stage from the balcony.
