All meats, including chicken ribs, pork, and beef brisket are slow-roasted over cherry wood, specially imported from the Upper Peninsula region of Michigan. The barbecue features a special award-winning spice rub and sauce that complements perfectly the fall-off-the-bone tenderness of the meat. A further treat? Andrew's BBQ has also developed a high reputation for their made-from-scratch-daily cupcakes. Fair warning: if you come too late in the day, expect the cupcake counter to be empty.
