Opening in 1978, The Diaspora Museum is located on the campus of Tel Aviv University. Really though, it's more than just a museum. It tells a story. The story is that of the Jewish people, not just the Jews of Israel, but of the whole world. It connects Jews to each other, tells the stories of their roots and helps to strengthen Jewish identity.Contemporary exhibitions include things like "Judaica Twist" and "Wedding Ceremonies" although exhibitions are changing all the time. There are online exhibitions on Jews of Hungary, Mexico and Romania.
