This district is mainly a residential area with large panel buildings of Väike-Õismäe, mainly built during the 1970s. Lake Harku and an extensive beach area at Kakumäe, also the Kopli Gulf all make it a great recreational place. Attractions include Rocca-al-Mare Kaubanduskeskus which is the largest mall in the city and Premia Ice Hall where the family can enjoy an indoor ice rink.Attractions
