The inspiration for WeiB came after the owner paid a visit to a winery in Germany and fell in love with the white wines there. The eclectic menu at WeiB includes a variety of American and European fusion dishes, all served quite artfully, making obvious the owner's passion for food. Menu highlights include the pumpkin risotto with shrimp and pistachio, the roasted rack of lamb, and the vegetarian-friendly focaccia mushroom sandwich.WeiB's black and white dining room feels both elegant and cozy and is spacious enough for groups. The restaurant's weekend brunch menu is one of the nicer ones in Taipei, but most of the items are closer to the lunch side of the scale than breakfast.
