Description:
Justin Quek, a native of Singapore, is somewhat of an expert in fine French dining, with restaurants in Shanghai and Singapore as well as Taipei. Just In Bistro takes classic French favorites and gives them a modern facelift, like bistro-style steak made from imported Wagyu beef or fresh oysters served with a ginger lime sauce. While the menu changes regularly, Just In Bistro is best known around Taipei for its tapas (served at dinner only) and for their nice wine selection. While items can be a bit pricy, the elegant atmosphere and quality food make for a special night out with friends.
