The longer you're abroad, the better Asian Mexican food starts to taste. While Eddy's Cantina has plenty of critics, it really is the best Mexican to be had in the Taipei area. The corn tortillas are made fresh, and the enchiladas are filling and tasty. The cantina also serves up margaritas and a nice selection of imported bottled beers.The MRT ride from Taipei to Danshui is definitely worth it, but if you can't make the trip very often and still want to get your fix, Eddy's delivers frozen burritos, quesadillas and enchiladas anywhere in Taipei.
