Description:

Ali Baba's is one of the oldest (and best) Indian food restaurants in the city. Owned by a Pakistani man and his Taiwanese wife, the restaurant serves all the classic Indian dishes toned down to suit the Taiwanese palate. For diners unfamiliar with Indian cuisine, the restaurant serves a buffet during weekend lunches, offering a nice variety of appetizers, curries, tandoori meats, desserts, fruit, and naan bread. Drinks are included in the buffet price.

While the decor at Ali Baba's is showing some wear, the place is still pleasant enough. The staff typically have a Bollywood movie playing on the TV, and the resident macaw sometimes makes an appearance.
