If you need a relatively quiet place for a beer (and you want something besides Carlsberg), Saints & Sinners' welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere may be just what you need. With Boddingtons on draught and several bottled brews, the beer selection is a bit better than other bars in the area, though you'll still pay inflated western prices.Monday through Friday from 6 to 7pm is "Sinful Hour," where you'll get bottled beers for NT $80. While there's no "Saintly Hour," there is a daily happy hour from noon to 9pm with 20 percent off all alcoholic beverages.
Saints & Sinners offers the usual bar food from noon to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm if you're looking to cushion those cocktails with a bite to eat.
