Page Meadows area is a wonderful place to be in the summer and fall with great wildflowers and terrific fall colors. Get to the meadows via the Ward Creek Boulevard Trailhead. This trailhead can be found off highway 89 about 2.5 miles south of Tahoe City. Turn (right if coming from the north and left if coming from the south) onto Ward Creek Boulevard. Go up another 2.5 miles until you see a small Tahoe Rim Trail kiosk.Map:
