Stockholm has its share of exotic local fare but it has plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well. Melker Andersson's latest "vision" restaurant is Kungsholmen. It serves Swedish food and has become quite a favorite with the locals. There's a sushi bar, juice bar, soup bar, bistro bar, grill bar, ice cream bar and a drinks bar. The pizzas are what have made the Ciao Ciao restaurants famous and this branch, Ciao Ciao Due, which is located in a nice neighbourhood, has a more laidback atmosphere than other branches. Besides pizzas, it has a large selection of modern Italian dishes. Cafe Element is especially popular for its hot chocolate, chocolate milkshakes, toasted sandwiches and cinnamon rolls. A lot of traveling families discover the lavish buffets of Stockholm and stop there but the city has many other kid-friendly restaurants to please young diners and old.
