Description:
Joe Cafaro has been making wine in the Napa Valley for more than thirty-five years. He has held winemaker positions for wineries including Chappellet, Keenan, Acacia, Robert Sinskey, Oakville Ranch Vineyard and Dalla Valle, and currently serves as the consulting winemaker for Emilio's Terrace. His dream of producing wine under his own label came to fruition in 1986. He added complete control to his dream when he acquired a small parcel of land on the eastern hills south of the Stag's Leap appellation and planted a vineyard in 1996.
