Description:
This boutique wine bar with its riverside setting was opened by two friends to give Singaporean oenophiles the chance to savour fine wines in a casual and unpretentious environment. Located in a refurbished warehouse, the bar features a central glass wine cellar, housing over 1,000 bottles of wine from over 750 labels. The focus is particularly on the Bordeaux and Burgundy regions of France, with many of the labels personally sourced from family-run vineyards. A weekly changing by-the-glass menu allows wine lovers to sample a selection of fine wines, with Louis Roederer champagne available by the glass from Friday to Sunday. A food menu features French-influenced cuisine such as pork rilettes, farmhouse cheeses and salade nicoise, and a champagne brunch is served on a Sunday.
