One of Singapore's oldest Irish pubs, Muddy Murphy's was designed and built in Ireland before being shipped to Singapore for reassembly on Orchard Road. The pub is extremely popular with the local expat crowd who flock here for the classic home-cooked Irish fare – from Traditional Irish Stew and Beef and Guinness Pie to Fish n Chips and Bangers n Mash – that is dished up alongside more gastronomic offerings such as Spatchcock Quail with Truffle-infused Spinach and Gammon Braised in Cider. Fine Irish Ales such as Kilkenny and Draught Guinness are served alongside other premium international draught beers include Heineken, Tiger, Erdinger Weissbier, Strongbow Cider and Old Speckled Hen.
