Renovated in 2005, Days Inn Sarasota can be considered a true bargain for travelers on a budget. However, rated at 1.5 to 2.5 stars, a few former guests advise visitors to check their room before signing in to be sure the housekeeping effort was adequate. Not far from the Sarasota/Bradento Airport, the Days Inn offers a free hot breakfast in their on-site restaurant and free shuttle transportation. There is an outdoor pool. Located near the John and Mabel Ringling Art Museum and the Ringling's Ca d'Zan Mansion, it also is within a mile of the Sarasota Jungle Gardens and two miles from downtown Sarasota. Days Inn near the Airport is roughly 9 miles from the popular Siesta beach on Siesta Key.
