The Santiago Pub Crawl appeals to twentyish-aged travelers who know they're in a big city and want to make sure they don't miss a great Saturday night on the town. It's hosted by six bilingual (English-Spanish) Santiago-dwellers who pick up revelers at their usual spot in Bellavista and move them around from place to place with a free shot in each locale (usually 3-4). Start your trip to Santiago here and you're sure never to spend a second alone unless you want to. They've got a facebook page with snaps of the partyers, pick up your South American party cred by posing up a storm for all your friends back home to see. At 10,000 pesos (about $20), it's a small price to pay. (though not cheap by local standards).You can also use this pub crawl as a pre-party, as a 9:30 start time is pretty early for Santiago. Find some people to light up the night with and crawl home in the wee hours to do like the locals do and get ready for a late wake-up on Sunday. Pizza included at the starting point to help soak up some of that alcohol.
