This charming restaurant is run by brother-and-sister pair Cecilia and Oscar Jardue, with an artistic interior and an intimate, outside patio setting in Patio Bellavista for those who prefer to dine al fresco. At lunchtime local business folk will run in for a quick bite, with hummous or baba ganoush and grilled meat being two favorites. In the evening the crowds actually pick up from about Wednesday on, with this being a popular spot for dates or groups of friends. They keep the same waitstaff for a long time, which just shows how well run this restaurant is. The food is all home-made, down to the fresh pita that accompanies dips, and the desserts veer from the typical baclava, and tempt with the crepé gauguin with caramelised oranges and chocolate quite popular. They serve Turkish coffee to finish the meal, if you like.
