Santiago has more than a smattering of Museums, and really there's one for nearly every taste. The most critically acclaimed is probably the Precolombian Art Museum, but a wide variety of offerings, including a railroad museum, Bellas Artes, a fashion museum, and even a museum for one of Chile's two main soccer teams show up on the list. Plan a day around seeing a few and you won't be sorry. Traveling exhibitions beef up the permanent collections of several of the displays, and photography, history and sculpture feature prominently among today's offers. There's even an interactive children's museum (which adults will enjoy as well).
