Las Condes District Hotels in Santiago

Las Condes is a cut above most of Santiago. It's where the moneyed who still want to live relatively close to the city live, and you can easily brush shoulders with politicians (the ex president lives near El Golf) and other high-earners of the Chilean elite. Still, it's a convenient place to stay, because it's right on the metro line, offers upper-class shopping including some local and international designers, and some of the best, most cutting-edge dining options the city has to offer. Most of the hotels here are either aparthotels or four and five star options, but even so, they won't cost nearly as much as a similar stay would run you in your home country, so Las Condes is a good uptown option for those who prefer to stay out of the traffic and congestion of downtown.
