They have 18 varieties of whiskey here, mass market, but still a larger selection than most places in Santiago.
Description:
Dublin has some fifteen years of experience serving up Irish drinks and fare to customers, and has relatively recently found a home in Bellavista's hopping Patio Bellavista (a couple of blocks from the Baquedano metro).
On the menu there are Chilean classics like pollo and camarones al pil pil (slightly spicy bits of chicken or shrimp served sauteed in oil) as well as Irish classics like fish and chips, with tartar sauce. They serve a large variety of giant sandwiches, including a few varieties with bacon, and several different varieties of Chilean meat sandwiches. pizzas, salads, and for dessert, cheesecake and even a pistachio creme brulee.
The atmosphere is cozy, and sees a lot of wealthy office workers come in either for an after work drink or later in the evening. It's not a strictly upper-class crowd, but the prices are higher than what it would cost to just grab a liter with some friends, and so that serves as a barrier to some.
