Nearby in the harbor, you'll find the Santa Barbara Sailing Center where you can charter boats for a sail, or smaller rowboats and other water toys for the whole family. Both the Old Mission Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara County Courthouse are fun spots to check out a historical landmark, or to simply run and play in the grass and rose gardens. If you really want to get dirty and tire out the tykes, take a family hike to Inspiration Point...Just be sure to lookout for poison oak!
