Blanco is the third of three restaurants owned by the same group as Adobe and La Estaka, other San Pedro de Atacama favorites. The restaurant is stark, white tables and surroundings with tabletop candles, and serves avant garde plates with vertical flourishes, on some Chilean favorites.
Blanco is owned by Mauricio Ciocco Francisca EcheverrÃa who have travelled all over the world to hone their concept and install it in San Pedro de Atacama's dusty streets. Specialties include a seared Easter Island tuna with pepper sauce and a sushi platter. Presentations are inventive, and ingredietents shipped in from all over. Blanco also has an impressive wine list, available by the glass or the bottle to accompany your meal.
