La Estaka is one of the three restaurants owned by the same people in San Pedro de Atacama, with the other two being popular Adobe and more ubscale Blanco. This restaurant is popular among locals in the tourism business and foreigners alike, and has some of the same aesthetic as Adobe, with exposed adobe walls featuring local artwork, and wooden tables at which to enjoy your meal.
Crepes, pastas, meats, soups and salad comprise the menu, with salmon with parseley butter and a creamy shrimp risotto two popular options. Five different beef sandwiches are also an option. For dessert, try the celestinos (crepes with creamy manjar (dulce de leche)) tucked inside, or one of their featured daily desserts
