Description:
Following a mostly rolling, ridgetop course on the Canada de Pala and Pala Seca trails, you enjoy views of the Diablo Range, crowned by nearby Mt. Hamilton, and the distant Santa Cruz Mountains. After visiting Antler Point, the trail dips to Deer Camp and then a marshy meadow, but soon resumes its quest of high places. Closing the loop around Deer Valley, you retrace your route to the parking area. Start at the Twin Gates Trailhead on Mt. Hamilton Road.
