Sabor de Amor is truly a blessing for those of us living in San Jose Del Cabo who are looking for tasty, healthy food in a friendly comfortable environment. There really is nothing else like it here. Sabor de Amor (Taste of Love) is located in the Raices y Brazos (roots and branches) community center for integral development which is THE hub for those interested in yoga, transformational breath, art, music, watsu and cultural events. A new project for 2010 is La Semilla (the Seed), which is a huge local organic farm that will be supplying plenty of the organic produce for Sabor De Amor. Peter Domecq runs the center and the restaurant is run by VJ, your fabulous host, and a new chef extraordinaire has come on board.
Great place to chill out on their comfy couches and booths. Grab a book, order a smoothie and take in the lovely garden scene. VJ makes fantastic curries. Also on the menu are home-made pizzas, live foods, world fusion, beer from Baja Brewery, wines, fresh breads and home-made deserts.
Sabor de Amor supports the local community and natural environment by offering local organic produce. Also available for purchase are organic fruits and produce, organic bulk products, specialty health products and live foods.
Located in the Chamizal neighborhood of San Jose Del Cabo. Check website for a map. Ask about upcoming events, they have great parties. Rooms are also available and other amenities include therapists and additional services. This is the most organic restaurant in Los Cabos.
