Description:

Located up on the eastern slopes of town on Foothill Drive, the Red Butte Cafe serves a menu of southwest and eclectic cuisine in a casual, yet refined environment. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner (except Sunday, when they offer a special brunch from 11am - 3pm, followed by a regular dinner), this can be enjoyed for a workday lunch or a weekend night out. On the menu are items such as quiche, tossed Mediterranean salad, orange chili marinated chicken tacos, and pepita crusted salmon with mango and jicama. You can also take a meal or a quick sandwich here in combination with a shopping trip at the Foothill Village Shopping Center, an upscale outdoor mall with a variety of stores and businesses ranging from fitness clubs, salons, and spas, to other restaurants, a grocery store, a toy store, and more. Though parking can be tight here, a spot usually avails itself.
