Quinta Maria Cortez consists of seven large suites, uniquely decorated with antiques, art and personal touches. Each suite has a kitchenette and balcony. The suites are in a large multi-level house filled with sunny nooks and terraces (including a rooftop terrace for sunset viewing and sunbathing), a small pool and a large common area with a fireplace. The palapa-covered dining area is where breakfast is served.

The property places an emphasis on open-air, so air conditioning is limited. It's located in the popular Conchas Chinas area. Quinta Maria and its sister property Casa Tres Vidas are also available for weddings and wedding parties.
