Hotel Lluvia del Mar is located right on the main highway as you come into town. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located; however, it is not on the beach. A newer hotel which has been kept nicely, you will find that it has modern amenities and good service. The property is manicured with a refreshing swimming pool and a secure parking lot area. On the property is also the Las Olas Restaurant, which is an extremely popular breakfast restaurant, along with a bar the Game Planet which is a fun diversion with pool tables and is basically a game room. You may choose from one of 48 basic hotel rooms or from several suites. The suites include refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, coffee machine. There are handicap accessible rooms available. You may also request a non-smoking room. The staff is helpful and the hotel offers special for business travelers or groups. And the property has a conference center and events room. The up side: Clean, popular hotel on "main street". Great on-site restaurant and fun game room. The down side: This hotel is not on the water or walking distance to any beach.
