Three partners in this pub, one from the United States and two Chilean transplants to Puerto Natales opened this now-popular brewery, which serves only out of kegs, and is mostly available only locally in Puerto Natales.They serve two beers, the rubia or pale ale, in which you can really taste the hops, making this ale quite bitter and citric, and the negra or dark ale, which has flavors more towards toasty with notes of coffee. In addition, they've opened a restaurant with pub grub, including hamburgers and vegetarian tacos with tangy guacamole and abundant portions of french fries, a welcome break-fast after several days hiking in teh windswept steppe.
