This small, unstyled and crowded local has the best "nieves" in Puebla.A nieve is an ice cream made out of water instead of cream, the word nieve means snow, so that's kind of what it looks like. They are so refreshing and have so many flavors you won't know which one you want. There are some crazy ones like piña con chile, chamoy (a kind of sweet chili), tamarindo, jamaica and more.
This is the best dessert after an excellent mexican food dinner!
