El Aguila Negra is not in Downtown, you'll have to get a taxi to get there. The service is a little slow, so be sure to have enough time to eat and enjoy this place, believe me, it's worth it.
Description:
In Puebla there is a major Volkswagen factory, so there is an important German colony in the city. This restaurant serves great German food, in a very german environment; even the menu is both in german and spanish. The chef is a jolly German who since 1997 has been cooking his recipes and bringing a little bit of Europe to Mexico. They say that you can know how good a restaurant is by it's butter and bread. The owners of this restaurant must have made that saying, because they have the best bread and butter you'll ver have.
