For the budget-concsious, this is one of the best ways to get ziplining and hotsprings together for a reasonable price, without compromising quality on either.

Description:

Trancura has thermal baths, some of the longest canopy (zipline) runs in South America, paintball and a couple of other adventure sports/passtimes on offer. It's got easy access from Pucón, and is actually just a few kilometers away, and the company provides (for a low price) transportation from the main street in Pucon to the thermal baths.

A common combo is the approximately $30 zipline and thermal baths option, which has you first getting a short orientation and then a short hike to swing over some wildly long ziplines where, you'll reach speeds of up to 40 km/hr over expansive open areas. After that, you trade in your gear (helmet, gloves, harness) for a towel to change into your swimsuit to visit one of two thermal pools, one inside and one outside. The view is just okay, with outbuildings in view from the outside pools, but the indoor pool is wood-paneled with large windows to the outside, high ceilings and is a pleasant place to relax. There is a restaurant onsite, which offers grilled meats, and typical chilean fare such as sandwiches.

A van comes every couple of hours to pick you up and take you back to Pucón.
