Northwest Portland/Nob Hill
Nob Hill is known for exquisite local shopping, unique oddities, and old Victorian homes. If you're into shopping, it's all right here, located 21st and 23rd street in Northwest Portland. An added bonus, if you're interested in all things mystical, the New Renaissance has one of the most amazing book collections around and is not to be missed. Nob Hill is also home to trendy bars and hip restaurants, and is a great place to take a walk at night. All of Northwest Portland is worth exploring on foot, especially the Pearl District, which is loaded with unique art galleries and snazzy eateries. Much like the Meat Packing District of NYC, this area is hip, trendy, and fun. From the Pearl District all the way up to Nob Hill, Northwest Portland is a great place to spend a day.
