Heritage Cuisine is located inside the Phuket Heritage Resort. Decorated in a mix of whites and dark woods, Heritage is perfect for a quiet meal in style. The menu, which offers traditional Thai dishes, is quite flexible. If you have a special request or if you want to try something not on the menu, ask the chef and he's likely to oblige. The best seating is on the porch over the main street, where you can people-watch as you enjoy seafood, fresh vegetables and one-of-a-kind sauces and gravies. The emphasis here is on flavor, so don't come to Heritage for big presentations or fancy tables. Instead, come around to try traditional Thai dishes made with the freshest ingredients and the highest of care. While the restaurant doesn't have a very extensive list of wines, you won't be short of choices either. You can also try a cocktail or one of their natural fresh juices.
