When it comes to indulge your senses, Banyan offers body scrubs, body conditioning, facial and beauty treatments and professional massage. If you plan on spending a full day here, take advantage of the yoga classes, which start at 7:30 am and end at 5:30 pm with a sunset meditation. Yoga lessons last an hour and are available at different levels, from beginners to advanced. Banyan also offers 90-minute Ayurveda sessions with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor.
