While the nightlife in Paso Robles isn't exactly what you'd call wild, all day wine tastings have a way of cultivating a fun scene at the restaurants and wine bars in town. You're best bet for a lively atmosphere is to catch last pours at one of the area's tasting rooms, or saddle up to a stool at one of the many cafes to imbibe in local varietals, savory tapas, and with luck, an interesting conversation.
