Description:
Just 20 minutes southeast of Park City is a reservoir-slash-state-park that offers recreational opportunities to fishermen, families, and boaters alike. Standing very near the town of Heber, Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir enjoy the same beautiful, mountain-lined views as that quaint town. In the park, two main developed areas serve the public: the Rock Cliff and Hailstone recreation sites. Each contain campgrounds, picnic areas, and boat ramps. The reservoir and its shores are home to more than 200 species of birds, fish, and other wildlife. Come to boat, wakeboard, or water ski. If camping, call the park ahead of time to reserve a spot; this beautiful reservoir is quite popular during the summer months.
