The Viking Yurt is easily one of Park City's most unique dining experiences. Serving dinner in a slope-side yurt at Park City Mountain Resort (formerly at The Canyons Resort), the Yurt combines gourmet dining with winter romance. The evening begins promptly at 6pm, when a 32-person, snowcat-pulled sleigh escorts the guests to the yurt itself. Five gourmet courses follow, accompanied by glogg. Live music performed on a baby grand piano adds to the intimate ambiance of the 40-person dining room.The Yurt offers a fixed menu; if you have food allergies or specific requirements, you must specify these at least one day before your dinner.
